As an independent company, EZU has built up many different divisions that enable us to react quickly and flexibly to customer requests. This begins with our tool grinding shop and our own custom machine manufacturing division and extends via the maintenance and electrical engineering departments all the way to the total quality management team.
The customer’s wishes have top priority. We respond to the enquiry with the process that enables the desired product to be produced in the most economical and at the same time most high quality way.
New technology included
We provide the machine that represents the best solution for the order. Our clients are therefore very familiar this sentence: We don’t use a Porsche to drive on farm tracks and we don’t use a tractor to drive on the motorway. The following are some of the technologies we employ to provide an efficient production operation:
- CNC long-bed lathes, up to 32mm diameter, from the rod
- CNC short-bed lathes, up to 80mm diameter, from the rod,
up to 200mm as inlay / saw blank - CNC multiple spindle technology
up to 42mm diameter, from the rod - Curve multiple spindle technology
up to 42mm diameter, from the rod - Short-bed lathes, CNC controlled with handling technology for dry,
hard and intricate machining up to 80mm
Depending on the given project and requirements, we are always prepared to invest in further technologies. Machining combinations such as metal/plastics, metal machining plus tempering or processes including turning, tempering, grinding and gear cutting are, for example, challenges that we already master today and would gladly develop further with you in innovative ways in the future.
Throughout the entire process sequence – from transformer station via machine equipment all the way to the cleaning system – we use energy in a highly efficient and thus resource-sparing manner. We always find a solution that meets the needs of both cost-efficiency and environmental protection.
