The next step into the future

It’s the dream of anyone involved in machine cutting: the vision of having no oil in the turning process. It’s a vision that we have made reality, solving the associated problems. As no machine manufacturer was prepared to go down this route with us, we enhanced and converted the machines ourselves.

Today, we machine 10 million components with a precision in the thousandths of a millimetre range. The surfaces are of very high quality and in most applications succumb to no corrosion. We have thus long since achieved what according to official bodies is still not supposed to exist: dry turning.

The greatest plus point in dry machining is ‘CIP’, ‘controlling in process’. By virtue of dry machining all parts can be automatically and immediately checked 100% with high-precision measuring apparatus in process – often during down times.

The otherwise usual control cycle with interim storage and container management is not needed with CIP. We machine and run checks, as it were, all the way into the packaging, ready for dispatch.
