Through our project management system focussed on the production process we guarantee speed, flexibility and competitively priced production. We procure the desired raw materials, semi-finished parts or blanks, translate clients’ technical drawings into solutions and take care in the process of every single detail. Whether it be turned parts or the finishing of blanks of any kind – we seek out and find the solution.
Our process-oriented approach is especially successful when the numbers involved are as great as the grains of sand on a beach, as large runs allow product-related capital investment.
Large volumes are our strong point
When large volumes are involved we are able to bring our full capabilities into play. We take a close look at everything at very competitive prices – the procurement of blanks / raw materials, optimum machining and perfect quality control, plus the smooth handling of the entire order in accordance with all familiar logistics procedures. We ensure use of the right additives, freight routes and packaging, as well as ensuring stocks of spares and minimum inventory levels.
One of the elements of our success comes from keeping in close contact with our client. We have no field staff. The senior managers themselves, supported by the company’s own project management team, conduct all client discussions. Any questions or problems that arise are resolved long before the production stage, so that with our excellent quality assurance processes we are able to achieve our aim: zero defect production. On request, we implement quality criteria way beyond normal standards. Today, around 400,000 precision turned parts and over 100,000 fully machined blanks a day are subjected to complex automated 100% quality checks.
