Quality has top priority at EZU
The quality consciousness of every single employee runs through all areas of the business. Terms such as TQM, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, 0ppm and so on are thus not at all foreign to us, but rather part of our everyday vocabulary.
We have developed a process-oriented management system as a holistic quality control solution.
From production feasibility testing and evaluation to materials procurement and ultimately to the production operation all processes are planned, optimised and monitored in short control cycles – aiming constantly to achieve maximum output with the greatest possible efficiency.
EZU is equipped with leading edge instrumentation. Our air-conditioned measurement rooms are fitted out with ultra-modern 3D scanning equipment as well as 2D optical and tactile measuring devices.
Fully automated optical and tactile sorting machines form the final part of the process for many of the products that EZU makes.
