Cleaning begins even in the production process, incorporates container management and the choice of transport container and finishes in the cleaning machine. If the cleaning result is to be preserved, the environment needs to be taken into account and the right end packaging selected so that the cleanness of the components remains guaranteed until they are used or installed.

With a hydrocarbon machine plus ultrasound, an extra-fine filter system and a preservative system our cleaning equipment is state of the art. At EZU these are all in-house systems. Continuous analyses of residual dirt form the basis for constant further enhancement and fine-tuning of the individual cleaning processes.

In metal cutting, however, it is not always possible to implement the desired specifications. We nevertheless take on board our clients’ issues and work out in dialogue with them constructive approaches for achieving the aim of ‘pure, clean components’.
