For EZU to some extent still new ground that, however, we are tapping strategically step-by-step: module assembly. This area covers modules and systems made of individual parts and functional modules with a carrier or sub-components consisting of turned parts. Whether using lasers, riveting, screwing, bonding, brazing or plastic encapsulation: we are continuously expanding and optimising our process technology to support our customers during the further technical development of their products.
We assemble small units, manually and also automatically. We have the know-how to prepare individually adapted concepts – and interest in adding module assembly to our processes.
